Shipping Policy - Digital Products
At Sportwave, our courses are delivered digitally, meaning you won't receive any physical products in the post. Access to your purchased course or downloadable PDF materials will be provided electronically as follows:
Delivery Methods:
- Online Portal Access: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing login details and instructions on how to access your course through our online portal at sportwave.uk. Please allow up to 1 hour for this email to arrive, although it is usually much quicker.
- PDF Download: If your purchase includes downloadable PDF documents (such as training plans or guides), a direct download link will be provided on the order confirmation page and within your purchase confirmation email.
